- MY STUDY HABITS
- NO movies/TV shows for 1 week before exams
- NO studying on the bed
- only study on desk OR in common room OR in library/USU
- use the whiteboards & markers to review
- make flashcards
- My sleeping schedule
- get ready for bed by 12:00am
- My eating habits LOL (ahem, chobani)
- only eat out IF NECESSARY (2x a month at most)
- cut down on boba runs...
- My workout routine
- run 2 miles at least 4x a week
- use machines (hip abductor/adductor, etc)
- take U-Jam or Zumba classes 2x a week
- swim at least once a month (only in the evening)
- Use FRIDAY wisely (since there's no class)
- wake up by 10:00am
- run at Rec Center in the morning
- separate laundry
- have breakfast/lunch
- GO TO USU study rooms and study/do hw
