jschool, creepers, and summer is ending =.=

Today was my last day of Japanese school. *sob sob* I've made many new friends there and I am very privileged to have learned from my excellent teachers, O-sensei and H-sensei.
I woke up late this morning, so I had to rush and skip breakfast just so I can get to school on time. I got late anyway LOL. I'm always late to Japanese school =.=
Anyways, we did tea ceremony today! It was really fun and spiritual and relaxing. Before we drank tea, we were served delicious red bean and white bean sweets, which I loved! ^^ Although the green tea served afterward was a little too bitter for me, I did appreciate its earthy taste. I even got to mix the tea with that whisk-looking thing and make it all frothy :3 The opposite flavors of the bean sweets and the tea gave a nice balance and felt very refreshing. For 30 minutes we had to sit in a certain way with our legs folded and parallel to each other, which was kind of like torture... How do Japanese people sit like that -.- LOL. I really enjoyed it though. Maybe in the future I'll study tea ceremony and live a long, healthy life just like the Japanese women at my school :3
I also played with E-chan's cute baby hamsters today and I'm lucky they didn't bite me! They bit H-chan instead LOL.

I'll miss this textbook! :P
It's so cute isn't it? I bet at night it looks like a haunted house.
I like the cool desks in our classroom. My cell phone camera is bad quality -.-
After saying goodbye to my friends and teachers at school, I went across the street to a Korean restaurant 'cause by that time, I was hungry and became dehydrated from the 90-degree weather today -.- I finished eating curry rice and walked to the bus stop. This guy came up to me and asked me in broken English what time it was. He said he's learning English and that he came from Guatemala. I thought it was the end of our small talk, but he continued to ask a bunch of other questions about myself like my age, where I came from, and how long I've been waiting for the bus. I was beginning to feel extremely uncomfortable. Later on when the bus arrived, he followed me and talked to me some more. He asked what I'm do tomorrow and if I had a cellphone. Then, he asked for my number (which I refused to give). -.- He asked for my last name (which I was not about to give either) so I just made up a name, hoping he would leave me alone. That's not all. He told me I was beautiful and handsome and pretty. EW. What a freakin' creeper... You disgust me, old man.
Feeling very suspicious and violated, I immediately got off the bus at my stop to catch a different route when I realized I had no more bus money. Shiet. With no other option, I had to walk down this longgggg boulevard to get home. I walked under the sweltering heat of the sun with my sizzling feet and my sweaty t-shirt with the single motivation of having a icy glass of water the minute I get home. Luckily, I brought a sun umbrella with me :P

This is from last Sunday (8/21) after the Nisei Week fesitval.  I danced the Bon Odori for 2 hours =.= It was amazing.
I've been volunteering over the summer as well. I have one more volunteering day before school starts :P
I've also been going on dates with my bf :) I want to post his picture too, but I didn't get his permission yet :P
School is going to start soon! Gotta get everything finished :)
